It's that time again. . .

3. Preface: I work in Homeowner's Insurance in south Florida. Can you just imagine what this week would have been like at work?!?! I am thankful that the hurricane did not hit us, but am fully aware it is on path that will affect thousands. Let us pray.

How this did not hit Florida, only the Lord knows.

4. The many people in my life who continually love me for who I am and have patience with me. Specifically my sweet Ryan.

5. My lil bro, John Michael, and his wife of 6-months live on Luke AFB as he is currently serving as Crew Chief in the Air Force. Last night he called to say he has been ordered to Osan AFB in Korea. 

He is excited and I am, too! What an opportunity! :)

Weekly Gratitude

nicole started a little series of posts called

i agree with her that it's important to reflect each day on

all the big things- and small things

given to us by the Creator.

 

1. i am thankful for our family and friends. they give me support and advice when i need it; they give me laughter and joy, and appreciate my silliness. :)

2. for the awesome Sea Lillie meeting that nicole and i had last night.

we have such wonderful plans for the upcoming seasons,

and we are so excited to see how the Lord will use Sea Lillie.

3. my beautiful husband who supports me in everything i do

and always points me to Light.

he is my rock.

Weekly Gratitude

i found this idea over at our friend's site, Mandee
it's good to evaluate each day to see how the Lord has blessed you.
every good thing comes from HIM. even the small things.

1. i am thankful for our family and friends who made my sweet husband's birthday so special for him. we celebrated his 26th year THREE TIMES. :)

2. for the amazing sales Kaela made at work for Sea lillie

(yes we are selling at a retail location in Jupiter, FL!)

3. the beautiful 8 senior girls of whom i've had the honor of co-leading for the past 4+ years.they are graduating this upcoming week and wednesday will be our last time all together.

it has been the most sweet blessing to see them grow and mature.

4. much needed girl time with my two favorites, elizabeth & melissa.

they are my 1/2  marathon running buddies. we went and saw water for elephants.

so good.

5. spending time with a college BFF, ashley, in ft. lauderdale.

we had a sleepover and did the 5K on A1A to benefit 

The Covenant House.

6. a relaxing evening with my hubby to wind down the long week.

(BOGO at publix! first time trying the pretzel ones. verdict: delicious).


it was certainly a fun filled and productive week.
