thanks for commenting on my blog! hmm...running tips. I would say just think about why you love it and how good you are going to feel afterwards! After doing a 1/2 marathon a 5k shouldn't be too bad for you:) Or maybe get some new shoes or running clothes to help motivate you to get out there and run! Changing up your music or route helps, too. Good luck!! I will have to check out some of your new stuff. I look from time to time and will probably get some gifts soon.
